Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), ensures control over the processing of personal data. It also governs the principles of personal data protection in order to safeguard the rights and freedoms of data subjects. We comply with the requirements of the GDPR, particularly in terms of security and ensuring the rights of data subjects.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of services under concluded contracts and/or orders/purchase orders/pro forma invoices; for preparing offers and for concluding contracts for the provision of the Controller’s services.
You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of data carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, for the purposes indicated above (i.e. data processing purposes).
Furthermore, if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
With regard to personal data processed for the purpose necessary to perform a contract to which you are a party, we inform you that they
will be processed for the period during which claims related to the contract may arise under the provisions of the Civil Code and/or tax law,
and also for 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose.
Data processed for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services will be processed until you object to such processing.
Where the basis for processing is your voluntarily given consent, the Controller will process your personal data until such time as you effectively withdraw your consent.
Personal data will be disclosed only to entities authorized to receive them on the basis of applicable law, or to entities with which the Controller
has concluded a data processing agreement.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
The Controller does not make decisions in an automated manner, including by profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
