A weighing controller combines a weighing indicator with integrated control functions for automated dosing processes. Minebea Intec offers weighing controllers that can be freely programmed (IEC 61131 programming language) or configured with the following predefined applications:

  • BASIC - for simple weighing applications
  • IBC - for single-component dosing
  • BATCH - for complex manual and/or automatic dosing tasks
  • ProRecipeXT - for manual recipes and dosing applications (Maxxis 5 only)
  • TRUCK - for truck scale applications (Maxxis 5 only)
  • COUNT - for counting items and manual checkweighing (Maxxis 5 only)
